Cancellation & Refund Policy

Monthly plans: You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests for the current month are evaluated case-by-case within 7 days of billing.

Annual plans: All annual payments are non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent auto-renewal at the end of your annual term, but no partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued.

One-time payments: All one-time (lifetime) payments are non-refundable. These purchases are final at the time of transaction.
