Terms of Service

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using any portion of the A.I.M platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

If you are using A.I.M on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to that entity.

A.I.M provides an AI-powered real estate lead generation platform that includes, but is not limited to: motivated seller lead databases, comping tools, deal alerts, AI-assisted zip/county/nationwide targeting (Aimee), A.I.M Intel, lien and legal record data, investor lead lists, skip-tracing services, and related analytics tools (collectively, the "Services").

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use A.I.M. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Our Services are intended for business use by real estate investors, wholesalers, agents, and related professionals. Use of the Services for personal, family, or household purposes is not permitted.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each subscription plan includes a defined number of user seats. Additional seats may be purchased as an add-on, subject to a maximum of ten (10) users per account. You may not share login credentials across multiple individuals beyond the permitted seat count.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are used in a manner that places undue strain on our infrastructure.

A.I.M offers three billing structures: monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time lifetime payments. By selecting a plan and completing checkout via our payment processor (Stripe), you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method.

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis each calendar month from the date of purchase. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. One-time payments are charged once and grant perpetual access to the plan at the time of purchase, subject to continued platform availability.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at your next renewal date for existing subscribers.

To cancel your subscription, log into your A.I.M account dashboard and follow the cancellation instructions, or contact us at [email protected]. Cancellation requests submitted via email will be processed within 2 business days.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed with your bank or card issuer without first contacting A.I.M support may result in immediate account suspension and may be contested.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services to violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation, including the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, or any applicable data protection laws.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform beyond what is permitted by your subscription plan.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute lead data obtained through A.I.M to third parties without prior written consent.
• Use the Services to send unsolicited communications (spam) or engage in any form of harassment.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Services.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the platform in a manner that exceeds normal usage patterns.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Services.

Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using A.I.M, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Lead data provided through the platform is sourced from publicly available records and third-party data providers. A.I.M does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any data. You are solely responsible for verifying data before use and for complying with all applicable laws governing outreach to individuals identified through the platform.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your account data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

All content, features, and functionality of the A.I.M platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, and data compilations — are the exclusive property of Advanced Intelligence Mechanism or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You retain ownership of any data you upload to the platform. By uploading data, you grant A.I.M a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

A.I.M does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from use of the Services will be accurate or reliable. Any reliance on the Services is at your own risk.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ADVANCED INTELLIGENCE MECHANISM, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO A.I.M IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Advanced Intelligence Mechanism and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including but not limited to your use of lead data in violation of applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to A.I.M, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as mutually agreed upon by the parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
